Karr Tuttle Campbell is located in the Columbia Center on the block between Fourth and Fifth Avenue and Columbia and Cherry Street. The parking garage is located on the north side of the building, off of Columbia Street. (Note: the Columbia Center parking garage has a 6-foot clearance).
Traveling South on I-5, take exit 165A toward James St. Merge onto 6th Avenue. Turn right onto Columbia Street. Our building will be to your left, at 5th Avenue. To enter our parking garage, continue down Columbia. The parking garage entrance will be to your left, before you reach 4th Avenue. (Note: the Columbia Center parking garage has a 6-foot clearance).
Traveling North on 1-5, take the Seneca St. exit. At 5th Avenue, take a left. Follow 5th Avenue down to Columbia Street. Our building will be on your right hand side, at Columbia Street. To enter the parking garage, you will need to take a right onto Columbia Street. The parking garage entrance will be to your left hand side. (Note: the Columbia Center parking garage has a 6-foot clearance).
Traveling West on I-90, take exit 2-C for I-5 N toward Vancouver, B.C. Follow the signs for Madison St./Convention Pl. and merge onto 7th Avenue. Turn left onto Madison Street, then turn left again onto 5th Avenue. Our building will be on your right-hand side, on Columbia Street. To enter the parking garage, take a right onto Columbia Street. The entrance to the garage will be on your left-hand side. (Note: the Columbia Center parking garage has a 6-foot clearance).
The most convenient parking for visitors coming to our office is in the Columbia Center Building’s underground parking garage. There are, however, several other parking garages in the vicinity. Curbside parking in downtown Seattle is not reliably available on a typical business day. Please note that the Columbia Center Building’s garage has a 6-foot clearance level.
