Overview
Lindsey’s practice focuses on real estate litigation, including land use and commercial landlord-tenant disputes. She works closely with clients to address real estate problems, whether that means reaching an out-of-court resolution or preparing an insightful litigation strategy.
She has represented property owners in a wide range of matters, from high-profile disputes over mountain property to commercial evictions that require a sensible, cost-effective approach.
Prior to joining the firm Lindsey began her career in private practice as an associate with an international law firm. She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lino Lipinsky de Orlov of the Colorado Court of Appeals. As a law clerk, she researched and drafted numerous opinions on a broad range of complex civil and criminal topics.
Personal
Outside of work, Lindsey is an avid reader, loves spending time with her two dogs and bingeing the latest true crime documentaries.
