Overview
Lisa is a trusts and estate planning paralegal. A native of New England, Lisa grew up with a deep passion for the law and the United States justice system.
She began her professional career in 1990 as an administrative airman in the United States Air Force. She served at McChord AFB, Tacoma, WA; King Abdel Aziz Air Base, Dhahran Saudi Arabia; and Cairo, Egypt. Shortly thereafter, Lisa cross-trained into the military paralegal field earning her paralegal certificate in 1993. Lisa served with the Judge Advocate General’s Office until 1999 after becoming proficient in all aspects of the military civil and criminal justice systems. She continued her law career in the civilian sector as a probate and guardianship paralegal for a few boutique law firms before joining KTC in 2023.
Lisa is an accomplished paralegal with over 20 years’ experience in trusts and estate planning. She enjoys helping others, during their time of need and loss, to understand the complex and puzzling legal processes. Lisa is kind, leads with compassion, and believes in equity and justice for all. She is an enthusiast of the Pacific Northwest and its uniqueness; however, continues to hold true to her New England origins.
Outside of the office, Lisa is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. Her wife, Leslie, and she are the proud parents of their daughter, Samantha. Lisa enjoys the outdoors, competitive dart throwing, motorcycle riding, her 1975 Ford F-150, and the family pets Meryl Streep, Stevie Nicks, Hopper, and Albert.
