The Real Estate Acquisition & Finance Practice Group, which is part of Karr Tuttle Campbell’s Business and Finance Department, is well-grounded in the representation of every segment of the real estate industry including acquisition, development, finance, sale and syndication. This group boasts extensive experience in public and private financing of real estate projects, including all forms of debt financing, equity partnerships or LLCs, municipal bond financing, ground lease financing, construction loan financing, take-out loans, mezzanine financing, and sale lease-back or other commercial lease transactions. Our member attorneys are experienced in negotiating purchase and sale agreements and financing of special use properties, including office buildings, multifamily real estate developments, single family home development projects, tax credit subsidized housing projects, industrial properties, hotels, aircraft fuel tank farms, marinas and layered condominium projects. The firm’s real estate clients range from personal investors, real estate developers and home builders to large national and multinational corporations.
Several lawyers in the Real Estate Acquisition & Finance group have particular expertise in environmental law and land use matters, including those involving telecommunications, construction, hazardous materials, and insurance law issues.
